I started blogging to document our day-to-day lives and to keep in touch with family and friends. I also wanted to have some sort of creative outlet for everything else I do. I love, love, love photography (mostly landscape/naturescapes) and the arts. I have also been told I have a problem with diet coke...do you consider more than 5 cans a day a problem??

Favorite Movies
I'll watch darn near everything, but I tend to go for the chick flicks, as well as anything funny. You won't find me watching the scary ones...they really freak me out too much (although I'm good with Stephen King novels-go figure).
Favorite Music
I like all kinds of music. My everyday listening is classic rock (I am so stuck in the 70's and 80's). I also have a nice collection of some alternative/chillin' songs. I've been known to jump up and shout to 50's and 60' music too. Let's just say an all around appreciation for the arts. :)
